Board of Directors

James A. Meagle Jr., Organizer, Director, Chairman, President and CEO – A resident of the community for more than 60 years and involved in the banking industry for nearly 30 years, Meagle was president and CEO of The Dime Bank and served on the board of directors of Commercial Bancshares. He served as president of the Washington County Community Improvement Corporation, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Marietta Memorial Hospital as Treasurer.

Raymond Neil Wynn, Organizer and Director -- A lifetime community resident, Wynn was a director at The Dime Bank from March 1986 to April 1998, when Commercial Bancshares sold the bank to WesBanco. His entrepreneurial ventures include real estate construction and development, oil and gas production and a new car and truck dealership.,

Dan S. Stephan, Organizer and Director -- A lifetime community resident, Stephan was a director at The Dime Bank from March 1987 to April 1998. During the time that Commercial Bancshares owned The Dime Bank, he served on Commercial Bancshares’ E.D.P. Committee and the Board of Directors of CommBanc Investments, a broker dealer. He has been self-employed in the wholesale and retail publication business for more than 20 years.

C. Fred Hunter Jr., Organizer and Director -- A lifetime resident of the community, Hunter was a director of The Dime Bank from March 1986 to April 1998. Since 1962, Hunter has worked for numerous larger national firms, including Wheeling Steel Corp., Marbon Chemicals, Borg-Warner Chemicals and G.E. Plastics in sales and sales management. Upon retiring from G.E. Plastics in 1994, he established C.F. Hunter & Associates, a sales and marketing consulting entity. He is a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers and the F.&A.M. 390.

Richard A. Spindler, Organizer and Director -- A resident of the community for more than 50 years, Spindler was a director at The Dime Bank from March 1986 to April 1998. He is an engineer by trade and president and chief executive officer of Dowling Pool Co., a company he has owned since 1968. In addition, he has been involved in several real estate development projects. He is a member of the Marietta Boat Club and the Association of Iron and Steel Engineers.

Robert G. Kelly, Organizer and Director -- A resident of the community for more than 50 years, Kelly was a director at The Dime Bank from March 1986 to April 1998. Since 1979, Kelly has been employed in the automobile industry. He currently is president of Quantum Leasing & Auto Sales in Marietta. He also has been involved in real estate ownership and development. He serves on the advisory board for the Salvation Army.

John J. Hadley, Director -- A native of Marietta and a graduate of Marietta High School, Hadley attended Marietta College and graduated from the Cincinnati College of Embalming. He is a licensed embalmer and funeral director in both Ohio and West Virginia. John is a member of the Ohio State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors. He is president of Hadley Funeral Home of Marietta and New Matamoras.

Louis G. Stephan III, Director -- A graduate of Williamstown High School and Cornell University, Stephan has an extensive background in hotel management in several locations throughout the eastern United States. Most recently, he was owner of the Holiday Inn at Marietta. He is past president of the Marietta Tourist and Convention Bureau.
