Jim Meagle, President and CEO, announced that on April 9, 2007 the Board of Directors of Third Street Bancshares, Inc declared a dividend of $0.27 per share to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2007.

 

This dividend was an increase of 4% over the previous first quarter 2006 dividend of $0.26 per share.
